Domestic Shipping
It is our full intention to have every order
processed, packed and ready to ship within 2-4
business days. Once processed, please allow 7 to 10
days for UPS Ground Service. Some specialized
products, imports, custom products, technology items
and special orders may take up to two weeks longer.
Our goal is your satisfaction. We will work to ship
your order as quickly as possible. After all, we'd
like to keep your business!

International Shipping
We only ship outside the United States on a case by
case basis. Contact us if you would like to place an
order to be shipped outside the continental U.S.
Minimum order consideration is $500. All orders to be
made by certified check only. No credit cards or money
orders on exports.

Drop Shipping
We will gladly drop ship merchandise for you. A great
example would be our gift baskets for special
occasions! Process your order as you normally would,
fill out the shipping address as the location where
you would like the products sent and add a comment to
the order such as "This is a drop ship
order" or "This is a gift - do not send
pricing information to recipient". It's that
easy! You can always contact us with any questions,

Return Policy
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 10
days providing you enough time to evaluate the product
for your satisfaction. All product returns must be in
its original re-sellable condition with all boxes,
packaging, paper work and accessories fully in tact
and no seals broken for a full refund less
shipping/handling and 20% restocking fee. Items
received damaged or defective will be fully refunded
or exchanged at our discretion. A claim with the
carrier must be filed immediately for damaged goods.
We do not accept returns on apparel, technology (i.e.
electronics, computers, etc.) or related products and
accessories. All returns/exchanges require a return
authorization number by contacting us.

Canceling an Order
Once an order is placed it goes through our automated
and manual processing systems and can only be
cancelled on a case by case basis depending on how far
along the order is in processing. Please contact us
immediately by email and telephone if you need to
cancel an order so we can make every effort to stop it
for you. Once an order is fully processed, you may
return the item according to our Return
Policy.

Sales Tax
Any customer purchasing a product or service with a
New York state "ship to" address will be
charged sales tax at the appropriate rate unless we
have a current, valid reseller certificate on file.

Backorders
Due to high demand of our products we occasionally
experience backorders. In this case we will ship all
available items and hold the backordered product open
for 30 days. If we can not produce the item in this
time, we will give you the option of a full refund of
that item or continue to hold the back order open, at
your discretion.

Sold Out & Discontinued Items
From time to time an item may become sold out or
discontinued without our knowledge. In this case we
apologize and will issue a full 100% refund on that
item if we can not produce it within 30 days. Our
manufacturers and suppliers make an excellent effort
to keep us up to date on product availability, changes
in descriptions, features and characteristics. With
this effort there are still changes or omissions not
reported to us. We are not responsible for this nor
typos on our site as our product pictures and their
listings are updated via live feeds as well as
manually inputted into our database. We reserve the
right to substitute a product of equal or greater
value of similar type should this occur.
